About the site
Baniti is a venture in development, operated by the Baniti team. The site is intended to let users find inspiration, submit an idea for a wood piece, adjust its characteristics and send an initial request for review. For enquiries you can contact us at: support@baniti.me
The nature of the service
The renderings, images, dimensions, specifications and price estimates presented on the site are preliminary and are intended for illustration only. They do not constitute a production plan, a binding quote, or an undertaking that the final product will be identical to the rendering. Changes to dimensions, materials or structure may be required following a professional review.
Engaging with professionals
A request submitted on the site may be passed on to a relevant professional in order to assess feasibility, complete missing details and obtain a quote. If a quote is received from a professional, their identity and the terms of engagement with them will be presented to the user before any commitment or payment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Baniti is not the manufacturer and is not a party to the transaction between the user and the professional.
Content uploaded by the user
The user declares that they are entitled to use the images, links and content they upload to the site, and that using them does not infringe the rights of others. The user permits Baniti to use the content they have uploaded to the extent needed in order to handle the enquiry, create a rendering, assess feasibility and pass it on to a relevant professional. Content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive, or that infringes the rights of another person, must not be uploaded.
Intellectual property
